Sunday School
Sunday School is offered for 3 year olds through 12 year olds from Rally Day in September through May. We also have special programs at Christmas. Classes are offered for adults at 9:45 am and for all ages at 11am . Call the church office to inquire about class schedule
First Communion
First Communion instruction is available for fifth graders, but all who feel ready to commune may come. Classes start to prepare in March and participate in a variety of activities. One of these experiences is an overnight trip to Camp Frederick in Rogers, Ohio. Students will explore the Old Testament background, a Passover seder, New Testament roots, and a variety of church practices. They will also be involved in a campfire, games and fun in the woods. The intent of the program is that students come to know and experience the joy and peace gained through Holy Communion.
Confirmation
The purpose of our Confirmation program is to help the baptized child to identify with the adult Christian community and to participate more fully in the church's mission. We use four ways to achieve this purpose: Worship, Study, Service, and Fellowship. We hold Confirmation classes each Wednesday at 7:00 pm in conjunction with Sunday school. Each spring we take the students to Camp Frederick in Rogers, Ohio for a Confirmation Camp experience.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is held one week each summer. It is open for 4 year olds through completed 6th grade. Students enjoy singing, crafts, snacks, recreation and learning about God's awesome power in a fun, relaxed environment. VBS is free and open to the whole community.
High School Group
High School age students meet in Room 305 each Sunday at 10:45 for a "life application" of where God is in our lives. This is an informal small group, no prior reading or preparation required - just come and be prepared to think about the week past and where you may have connected with God.
