On April 4th we will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. Worship is the first order of our day. Two worship services are planned for Easter Sunday– 9am Drive-In and 11am Indoor.
We will celebrate the resurrection of Our Lord in the parking lot of Good Hope and inside our sanctuary.
The drive-in will be a blended service. Pastor Bob and our worship leaders will be stationed under the cover of the carport. Cars will be parked facing the carport with sedans and other small cars in the front rows. Vans and SUVs will be parked behind them so that we have maximum viewing capacity. Sound for the service will be broadcast on 92.3 FM.
Please note the change in time for the in-person blended worship service. For Easter Sunday we will come together at 11am. If you prefer to watch from home, services will be live-streamed on the media page.
Communion will be offered at each service. Those who would like to commune from home are welcome to stop by the church to pick up communion bread and wine cups that have been consecrated on the altar on a previous Sunday. When the words “take and eat” are spoken, we will take communion in unison.
Matthew 28:6-8 says to us, “He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.
Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead…” Come. See. He has risen. Now, go tell the good news. God’s promises are never broken. We look forward to celebrating Christ’s victory and the promise of eternal life with you on Easter Sunday!
