Caldwell Ohio
If you’ve been looking for a mission trip that is close to home, this is it! On Saturday, October 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm, the Northeast Ohio Mission District will again gather at the NALC’s Disaster Relief warehouse, in Caldwell Ohio for a workday. Help is needed to assemble flood buckets, health kits, and other relief supplies.
Good Hope will be taking a team to the warehouse— PLEASE contact Pastor Bob and tell him you want to go. Caldwell is south of Zanesville, so the drive takes about 2.5 hours. The workday is short, but the impact is huge! Important work happens in those few hours when so many gather to work together! Good Hope’s hunger offering for the month of September will be used for the NALC Disaster Response for Hurricane Ida and fires in the West.
We need adults and kids grade 6 and up, we also need drivers.
Our group will be departing from the church at 8:00 am and returning approx. 4-4:30. Lunch will be provided for our volunteers, so please sign up today in the lobby or text/call me at 330-550-4370.
