Thrift & Thrive at the Farm, 3279 E. Western Reserve Road in Poland, sells new and used donated goods. Their mission does not stop there. They do more than sell used goods– they pay it forward.
The store has a seven-person steering committee that decides monthly which local organization to support with a portion of its proceeds. “Giving back is at the very heart of Thrift & Thrive,” said Jody Cercone, director of operations. “We welcome the community to donate their gently used items, and likewise shop for new
treasures. We are also proud to support many charitable organizations…with a portion of our proceeds.”
Are you downsizing? Thrift & Thrive accepts donations from 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. They are open to the public open for sales from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
