It has been brought to our attention that scammers are contacting church members asking for donations sometimes asking for gift cards. They are sometimes posing as Pastor Bob via email or posing as church personnel via phone.

No one from Good Hope (including Pastor Bob) will ever contact you to solicit money by phone. They will definitely not ask for gift cards. Any request for donations would be made in person or during service and if Pastor sends out an email it would be a reminder only. Please be sure to check the email it is being sent from. If someone contacts you for a donation in any other man or please do not give them any information, report them to the church office and to the local authorities.

We have been in contact with authorities to advise us on this matter and will continue to work with them.
