We are getting ready to take our worship and fellowship outdoors at beautiful Boardman Park again this year. On June 9th our church picnic will held at the Thomas C. Masters Pavilion. Our service will start at 11am, followed by the picnic at noon.
Rain or shine, we will gather! Look for sign-up sheets in the Gathering Room. Let us know that you plan to attend the picnic and the number of guests you might bring with you, as the Fellowship Committee would like to accurately plan the amount of supplies needed. Burgers and hot dogs, as well as beverages and tableware will be provided.
You are invited to bring a side dish. Please bring food in disposable containers, or take your container home (empty or not) when the meal has concluded. We’re looking for vegetables, salads and fruits, casseroles and baked beans, potato or pasta salads, and of course, desserts! Those of us who are not excited about cooking, please consider donating a bag of chips. Invite a friend or co-worker! There is a playground for children. Other games are also planned. Come for worship, food, fellowship and outdoor fun!
